Special Education Students Overcome Obstacles With Art Therapy

A puppet-making lesson learned in Greece is making its way through European schools. Puppet magic has also been taken up by Estonians. Puppets develop fine motor skills, imagination and creativity. Puppets help to overcome speech problems and fear of communication. Puppets know how to listen, and puppets can be told the biggest secrets, which they will keep and never reveal to anyone else. 

Making Easter eggs is an activity that develops fine motor skills, imagination and creativity. Waiting for Easter at school is a time of positive emotions and warm feelings.

 

 

The collective activity is aimed at inclusion which is not only an objective but also a principle that inspires the Maffeo Pantaleoni Institute of Frascati.

 They learn to count with a game. There are dance music and pompoms in this game. At the end of the game, they learn to make a simple addition.

 Our students relaxed with the art of paper folding. We used relaxing music while doing our activity.
